At Chesapeake Gardens, we’ve taken aggressive steps to make sure our food is safe for you—and for those you love. We’re very concerned about what can happen when bad microbes get into produce and meat. That’s why we’ve developed several innovative strategies to keep those bad microbes from compromising our wholesome products.

On the farm. The best way to keep bad microbes away is to create a healthy and diverse environment on the farm. That’s why we’re working with our farmers to increase the health of their soil, plants and animals.

In the kitchen. We are using an exciting new technology called electrolyzed water to clean and sanitize everything in the kitchen—and we mean everything! We use this technology to kill any illness-causing microbes on produce, meat and fish. We also use it to clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces and tools. This cleaning technology doesn’t use harsh chemicals,
