From broths to soup. At Chesapeake Gardens, we use our own broths to make our soups. Our chicken stock is the key ingredient in our minestrone and many of our vegetable and legume soups. We use our beef broth to prepare soup, stew and chili. Chowders and bisques feature our delicious fish stock. All of our soups contain a variety of organically grown vegetables, as well as rice, herbs and sea salt. We never use fake, industrial ingredients like MSG or hydrolyzed protein.

From us to you. After simmering our broth and
other ingredients in kettles, we transfer the finished soup into
heavy-duty, 1-gallon bags. The heat-sealed bags are then chilled
from 180˚F to 38˚F in less than one hour. This process gives our
chilled soup a 4-week shelf life. All you need to do is open the
bag and reheat the soup to 165˚.
